Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hefd on tFi`e_ -13th day of September—9
19 82 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
ffie—n.Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 491
APPROVAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from All Service
Vending, P. 0. Box 928, Wayzata, Minnesota for Summit Gear, 3131 Vicksburg
Lane, Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter XI, Section 1150.01 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application for Summit Gear be approved
for the period of September 13, 1982 through December 31, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the foTro—W—ng
voted in favor thereof: yor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider
and Threinen
