HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-483CITU OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a j 1 meeting of the Cid Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of ,,September , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counciimemb_ers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threiner The following members were ah sent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption RESOLUTION NO. 82- 483 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE III, SCHEDULE D PROSECT NO. 017 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Ridgedale Electric, Inc. as contractor have entered into an agreement for the Community Playfield Improvements, Phase III, Schedule D, said agreement being dated duly 25, 1981; and WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and hs approval of the final request for payment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the original contract amount was $310,292.00, no change orders were approved, and the value of the work to date is $310,292.00. 2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 017, Phase III, Scheduâ–ºr ", and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be a;td the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final payment. 3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Findl in the amount of $21,410.15 to Ridgedale Electric, Inc, for Project 017, Phase III, Schedule D is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith. The motion for the adoption of of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon,. the followinq voted n ravor t reo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider apd 1hreingo . The owing voted against or abstaln: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
