Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
Sopxambor , 1982. The following members were present mayor Davenport,
fnunrj1mnmhprs Moen_ Neils. Schneider & Threinen The foll ng rs were
absent: none
Moen Introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 82-482
ADOPTING ASSESSMENT
SANITARY SEINER AND WATER SERVICE HOOKUP AND PERMIT FEE
CITY PROJECT NO. 238
WHERLAS, we have received a waiver of assessment hearing from the property
owners of P.I.N.s 23-118-22-34-0091, 16-118-22-14-0015, 29-118-22-44-0030, and
29-118-22-44-0060 waiving their right to special assessment hearings covering
the installation of sanitary sewer and water servlues and permit fees;
NOW, THLREFORE, HL 1T HERLBY RESOLVED BY
PLYMWTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of

2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over
a period of 3 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or
before the first Monday in January 1983 and shall bear interest at the rate
of 10.33% per annum from the date of adoption of this assessment
resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1983. To
each subsequent installment, when due shall be added Interest of one year on
all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certifica-
tion of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the
assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to
the City Treasurer, except that no interest sltdll be charged if the entire
assessment Is paid within thirty days frim the adoption of this resolution;
and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the City Finance Director the
entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to
December 31 of the year in which the payment is made.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment
to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the
County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over In the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $8,890.98.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
