Minnesota was held on the 13th day of Se tember , 19 82. The following members were present:Ma or Davenport, ounc mem ers Moen Neils Schneider and Threinen The follow ng mem rs were a sen : none - Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-481 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING NATHAN TRAILS PLAT TWO WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 29, 1982, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Nathan Trails Plat Two by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 13, 1982; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 29, 1982. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Council member_Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the lfo'Tlowing voted n ravor ereo : -Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Shqjjder and T r i nen The following vote against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and adopted.
