Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the.City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
13th day of September , 19 82. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Neils Schneider & Threinen
The following mem ers were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-479
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
MOUNT OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH SANITARY SEWER - PROJZCT NO. 232
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 82-389 of the City Council, adopted the 2nd day of
August 1982, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to Mount Olivet
Lutheran Church sanitary sewer improvements; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of sanitary sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica-
tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the
23rd day of August 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:

!. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted August 2, 1982.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated
as engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. That the location of the sewer to be installed is Option Three
as contained in the preliminary engineering report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cogncilmm rhrein nn , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n ravor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
