Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s gecia�l meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of September19 82

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-478
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION AND EFFECTUATION OF REZONING RELATIVE
TO "CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH" (RPUD 82-02) (79018)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Rezoning Ordinance regarding the land involved
in the development proposed by Dean R. Johnson Construction Company, Inc. for
"Creekside of Plymouth";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct that the Ordinance rezoning the land
within that development known as "Creekside of Plymouth" as proposed by Dean R. Johnson
Construction Company, Inc. sha'1 be published and made effective only upon filing of
the approved Final Plat with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
