Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of September . 19 82

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-476
APPRCVINfa FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR "CREEKSIDEOF
PLYMUUTH" FOR DEMI R. JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION, INC. (RPUD 82-02) (79018)
WHLREAS, Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc. has requested approval of the Final
Plan/Plat and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for "Creekside of Plymouth", a plat for
11 quadraminium buildings, 3 common area lots, and 3 outlots as the first phase of a
128 unit development on 25.3 acres located east of Plymouth Crede and south of County
Road 9 and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on July 23, 1979, under Resolutions 79-404, 79-404-A, and
79-405 approved a Final Plat/Plan for a development on this site for IGO/Housing Group
and said plans were not executed; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dean R. Johnson
Construction, Inc. for RPUD Findl Plan/Plat and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for
"Creekside of Plymouth" a plat for 11 quadraminium buildings, 3 common area lots, and 3
outlots as the first phase of a 128 unit development on 25.3 acres located east of
Plymouth Creek and south of County Road 9;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City;
FURTHER, that Resolutions 79-404, 79-404-A, and 79-405 are hereby rescinded.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
