Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR MOUNT OLIVE? LUTHERAN CHINCH
OF PLYMOUTH LOCATED AT 12235 COUNTY ROAD 9 (82037)
WHEREAS, Mount Olivet Lutheran Church of Plymouth has requested approval of a
Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Amendment and Rezoning of the property located At -
12235 County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission ha3 reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL dF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby dogs approve the request of Mount Olivet Lutheran
Church of Plymouth for conditional use site plan amendment, to expand their facility
located at 12235 County Road 9, subject to the follovinq conditions:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding miniffum floor
elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing any
open storm water drainage Facility.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement
for completion of site improvements.
4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews
and approvals per Ordinance provisions.

6. Approval of deferred construction of Ordinance required parking with
the understanding that upoct the demonstrated need, the required park-
ing shall be constructed as diagrammed on the Proof -of -Parking Plan.

7. future expansion of park, -ng areas shall incorporate required traffic
island delineators.
8. Publication of approNed Ordinance rezoning the property from FRD to R -1A.
9. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated
areas as diagrammed on the plans staff dated and stamped approved.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
