Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of September . 19 82

RESOLUTION NO. 82-470
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION AND EFECTUATION OF REZONING RELATIVE
TO "FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION" RPUD (A-814)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Rezoning Ordinance reqardinq a portion of the
land involved in the development proposed by Zachman Homes, Inc. for "Fox Glen Third
Addition";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct that the Ordinance rezoning a portion
of the land within that development known as "Fox Glen Third Addition" as proposed by
Zachman Homes shall be published and made effective only upon filing of the approved
Final Plat with Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cooncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
