Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of
September , 1982. The following members were presentVq oy r Davenport,

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT 901
NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER AND COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN
HERITAGE ESTATES
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council
has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for
the following improvement:
The North Central Interceptor Sewer commencing from point 16 to 17
(from generally a northwesterly direction from approximately 1000
feet south of County Road 9 to County Road 9 at a point approxi-
;.-ately 2000 feet east of West Medicine Lake Boulevard and thence
vesterly along County Road 9 to West Medicine Lake Boulevard) as
shown on the adopted Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, May 15,
1980; trunk watermain along County Road 9 from West Medicine Lake
Road to I-494; and also lateral sewer line along West Medicine Lake
Boulevard to serve the Heritage Estates Addition
by the installation of watermain, sanitary sewer, street restoration and all
necessary appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment
against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is
hereby found to be benefited by the proposed Improvement in the amount of
the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extendinq over
a period of 5 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or
before the first Monday in January 1983, and shall bear interest at the rate
of 10.54% per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment
resolution. To the first Installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this Resolution until December 31, 1983. To
each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on
10 all unpaid installments.

3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certiFIca-
tion of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the
assessment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to
the City Finance Director, except that no interest shall be charged IF the
entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this Resolu-
tion; and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director the
entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to
December 31 of the year in which such payment is made.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment
to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the
County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over In the same
manner as other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is:
Sewer Area $29,040.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
