Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a 5Decial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held—on the
23rd day of August'19 Y . The fallowing members
Were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce me ersNeiT3'Tnd Schneider
The fol lowing7 members were a sent: Councilmembers Moen and Threinen
Co4n;ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 453
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, an application for a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor
License has been received from Kathy LaBerge on behalf of St. Mary of the
Lake Church, 105 N. Forestview Lane, pursuant to Chapter III, Section 3,
Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, said license is to be used in conjunction with the St. Mary of
the Lake Parish "Country Fair" on September 11 and 12, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has investigated and approved the applications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that a Temporary On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License is
hereby approved for Kathy LaBerge representing St. Mary of the Lake Church,
105 N. Forestview Lane for September 11 and 12, 1982.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun il, ber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils and
SqoUtidgr
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
