Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

The following members were absent:
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-450
APPROVING APPRAISALS FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK
WHEREAS, the City's 1983 LAWCON/LCMR grant application has been approved
for further consideration by the Minnesota Department of Energy, Planning
and Development, and
WHEREAS, in order to prepare a final application for park land acquisition
three parcels must be appraised, and
WHEREAS, O.J. Janski and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete
said appraisals for $950.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to have
prepared appraisals for three parcels of land proposed for inclusion
in West Medicine Lake City Park, and further that $950 be allotted from
the Park Dedication Fund 218-218-810 for this purpose.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Moen, Neils and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
