Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the nth day of August . 1982.
The following members were present: Art_nwnr Srhneider_ Counci me ers Moen, —
��o lowing members were absent: Mayor Davenport '
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-448
RESOLUTION SETTING SEPTEMBER 20, 1982 AS A PUBLIC HEARING DATE
FOR THE 1983 CITY BUDGETS, 1983-1987 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
AND 1982-1993 REVENUE SHARING ALLOCATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of affording the public an opportunity to
express their views with regard to the City's budgets, capital improvement programs
and revenue sharing allocations; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed a timetable for adoption of said budgets and
capital improvement programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does schedule a public hearing at 7:30 p.m.,
Monday, September 20, 1982 in the City Center Council Chambers to afford the public
an opportunity to comment upon the proposed 1983 City budgets, 1983-1987 Capital
Improvement Program, and 1982-1983 Revenue Sharing allocation; and
FURTHER, that the City Clerk is directed to place a public notification of this
hearing in the City's official newspaper, the Plymouth -New Hope Post.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secondee by
