The following members were present: meting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils & Threinen. The follow ng members were absent: mayor avenpor Councilmember Neils Introduced the following Resolution and moved its opt on: RESOLUTION NO. 82-443 CALLING HE,,RING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 16, 1982 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for certain charges for sanitary sewer and water service which have not been paid as provided by law; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 1982 in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be t.eard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing ort the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mir Schne_i_der_Councilmembers Moen, The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
