Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
August '10, 1992. The following members were present: sting Mayor
n ilmembers Moen, Neils b Threinen. The following members were
absent: Mayor Davenport

RESOLUTION NO. 82-442
RESOLUTION FOR HCARINC ON PROPOSES ASSESSMENT
PROSECT NO. 901
NORTH CENTRAL INTERCEPTOR SEWER AND COUNTY ROAD 9 WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 16, 1982 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
The North Central Interceptor Sewer commencing from point 16 to 17
(from generally a northwesterly direction from approximately 1000
feet south of County Road 9 to County Road 9 at a point approxi-
mately 2000 feet east of West Medicine Lake Boulevard and thence
westerly along County Road 9 to West Medicine Lake Boulevard) as
shown on the adopted Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, May 15,
1980; trunk watermain along County Road No. 9 from West Medicine
Lake Road to 1-494; and also lateral sewer line along West Medicine
Lake Boulevard to serve the Heritage Estates Addition;
by the installation of watermain, sanitary sewer. street restoration and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 1982 in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement will be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the
"ficial newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and
shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause malled notice to be given to the
owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
