The following members were presentActing Mayor Schneider, Caunc_ilmembers Moen, Neils and Threinen The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Cniincilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-^33 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROSECT NO. 204 GLACIER LANE WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of: Glacier Lane from 27th Avenue to 28th Place by the installation of watermain laterals, storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $73,927.71 and the expenses incurred or to be Incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $17,887.17, so the total cost of the Improvement will be $91,814.88, and of this cost the City will pay $17,846.27 Its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $$73,968.61. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land with the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy o` such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess- ment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Threinen e following votiR against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
