Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgqular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
August , 1987_. The following members were present:Acting Moor
Crhnnidpr- rnuncil�remberrs Moen, Neils & Threineo The following members were
absent: Mayor Davenport
Cnunrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-432
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 117 - PILGRIM LANE
WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of:
Pilgrim Lane from 26th Avenue to Nathan Lane
by the installation of storm sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such
improvement is $78,467.31 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
making of said improvement amount to $22,145.93, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $100,613.24, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its
share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such Improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $100,613.24.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land with the district affected, without regard to
cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the-Cl�-rk for public
Inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such propose:i assess-
ment, notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoWncilm2mber Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
lne following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
