Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
. _igiy , 1982. The following members were present:Acting Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils and Threinen The following members were
absent: Mayor Davenport

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-431
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
WEST RIDGE ESTATES THIRD ADDITION (A-745)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated dune 10, 1980, Laukka
and Associates, Inc., developer of West Ridge Estates Third Addition (A-745),
has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows:

Boulevard Sod and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning

Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $42,908 to $23,941 to reflect
the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
and Thrp nen
