Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regglir_ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of
1982. The following members were present: meting Mayor
Srhnpjdp_r, C" cilmembers Moen, Neils & Threine4 The following members were
absent: Mavnr Davenport
rnwnrilmPmhAr Neils Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-427
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDTION (A-498)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 6,1978,
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition
(A-498), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utilit_, and site
grading as rioted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $9,600 to S4,900 to reflect
the completed work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
