HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-426CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of 1982. The following members were present Ming Mayor Sc neider. Councilmembers Moen, Neils & Threine0 The following members were absent: mayor Davenport rginrilmembgr Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its Win: RESOLUTION NO. 82-426 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CHIPPEWA TRAILS ADDITION (A-498) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 12, 1977, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Chippewa Trails Addition (A-498), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $29,70T— 29, 0Sanitary SanitarySewer 20,700 -r- Watermain 17,900 -0- Storm Sewer 16,000 -O- Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 6,000 -0- Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 750 -0- Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 -0- Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan -0- -0- Sire Grading 6,000 -O- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts -0- -0- TOTAL $99,050 $-0- That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $700 be further reduced to zero ($0) to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Nailc and Thrpinpn The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
