CcVn cil_member Neils introduced the following Pesolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-424
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS (80062)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated December 17, 1981 and
revised February 22, 1982, Prudential Insurance Company, developer of Northwest
Business Campus (80062), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
;v elopment; anri
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as rioted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Storm Sewer
Boulevard Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Erosion Control
Site Grading
Park and Trail Improvements

That the letter of credit required which was previously reduced to $2,090,909 be
further reduced to $1,090,978 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the following improvements are accepted as of August
16, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the
developer:

Phase I streets except future widening on Northwest Boulevard at
Highv�ay 55.
Phase II sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer except 16"
watermain north of 34th Avenue.
Phase III sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer e%cept on
northerly cul-de-sac of Annapolis Circle.
Trail improvement from Campus Drive to Northwest Boulevard except
storm sewer culvert at north end.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
