Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the. City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he— o —the
16th day of August , 19$2 . The following members were
present:Acting Ma or Schneider Councilmembers Moen Neils and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-422
ORDERING PROJECT NO. 226
HONEYWELL WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 15, 1982, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with respect to the improvements on future County Road 15 by construction of
watermain and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The easterly 480 feet of such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council resolution adopted March 15, 1982. The petitioner has waived
his right to a public hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosei,�, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifica-
tions for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 following voted in favor ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Moen Neils and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
