Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the.City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of August , 19 82 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Moen Neils and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-421
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1982 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to 1982 Street Improvement Project:
1. Add storm sewer at the interseciton of Pilgrim Lane and 26th Ave.
2. Add concrete stairs along Pilgrim Lane.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1982 Street Improvement Project is recom-
mended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Change Order No. 1 for the 1982 Street Improvement Project adding $4,539.60
is approved and the original contract price of $466,293.55 is revised to
$470,833.15.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Moen Neils and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
