City Council Resolution 1982-420
CITY OF PI,YM7M Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a�� meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, washer' on the 16th day of A„gimt , 19j&. The following members were present: Acting Mayor no following members were absent: Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its tion: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 420 REDUCTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVY NO. 8085 WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 81-531, special assessments were levied by the City Council for Project No. 002, Vicksburg Lane Improvements, in the amount of $171,154.06 for Maple Creek 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the property owners,of Maple Creek 2nd Addition appealed the cost for the above mentioned street; and WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has now reached an agreement with said property owners to assess the property in the amount of $88,579.33; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the revised assessments shall be spread over the remainder of years and at the interest rate applicable to Levy No. 8085, with the first installment payable on or before the first Monday in January 1983. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen_, Neils and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
