Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �regulaarr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the —6th day of August . 1982.
The following members were present: Artino Maygr Schneider. Councilmembers lEen,
Nni1z_anri Thrainan
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-417
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR
JAMES JAGODZINSKI (80038)
10 WHEREAS, a site plan for Volp Construction Company for James Jagodzinski located at
15300 31st Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-555; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
d Letter of Credit in the amount of $65,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letteer of
Credit No. 1170 in the amount of $65,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Volp Construction Company for James Jagodzinski at 15300 31st Avenue
North, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
WuQcilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, tFW
