Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on ttie 16th day of August , 1982.

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 415
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR APOLLO PIPING SUPPLY, INC.
(A-855)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Apollo Piping Supply, Inc. located at 2750 Ranchview Lane was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-754; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $50,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends 'release of the Letter of
Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 59390 in the amount of $50,000.00 which was submitted to quarantee site
improvements for Apollo Piping Supply, Inc. located at 2750 Ranchview Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilinember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo owing voted In Iravor thereof: yor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
Neili and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas and adopted.
