Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regllarr meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of August . 1982.

CnunrilmPmhPr N ils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-414
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ENDURANCE MACHINE COMPANY (A-543)
WHEREAS, a Conditional Use Permit for Endurance Machine Company located at 3515 County
Road 18, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 78-665; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $5,900.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, PE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of Bond No. 54-14440 in
the amount of $5,900.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Endurance Machine Company located at 3515 County Road 18.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon eon the
following voted in favor thereof: sting ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Aeils
