Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie nd day of August 1982.
The following members were present'. -May or Davenport, ouncilmembers Moen, Schneider and Threinen

adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 82-398
A RESOLUTION SETTING A COMPENSATION INCREASE FOR THE CITY MANAGER
FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1982 THROUGH JULY I, 1983
WHEREAS, the City Manager is to receive an annual salary review; and
WHEREAS, said review is based upon► an evaluation of the Manager's performance by
members of the city Council; and
WHEREAS, a performance evaluation and salary review has been conducted for the City
Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does increase the City Manager's present salary by 8.5%
effective July 1, 1982 and continuing for twelve months thereafter.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken therein, the
