Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota ..is held on the 2nd day of
August , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinep The following members were
absent: none
_Co uncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-392
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOX GLEN ADDITION (A-814)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 14, 1979,
Zachman Homes, Inc., developer of Fox Glen Addition (A-814), has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed werk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows:

Storm Sewer
Boulevard Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Erosion Control
Site Grading
Park Improvements (Trail)

That the letter of credit which was previously reduced to $3,500 be further
reduced to $0 to reflect that all the work was completed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils.
The o owing voted against or stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
