Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-389
SETTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING
MOUNT OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH
SANITARY SEWER
PROJECT NO. 232
WHEREAS, Mount Olivet Lutheran Church has petitioned for lateral sewer service for
property at 12235 County Road 9; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has reported on the cost of the proposed improve-
ments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer in
accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property
10 for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $39,253.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
23rd day of August, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law.
