Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular ,� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of�Au usstt19 82.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, ells, —

Cnunrilmpmhpr_Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-385
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING AND IN REGARD TO FINAL PLAT FOR "CHESHIRE ADDITION"
FOR STEPHEN NESLUND FOR CUL -PEPPER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (82004)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for "Cheshire Addition" as
requested by Stephen Neslund for Cul -Pepper Construction Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following conditions to be met
prior to recording of and regarding said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
P2. No Building Permits shall be issued until municipal sewer and water
are physically available to the sites.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees From the property at the owner's
expense.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor
elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to or con-
tyining any open storm water drainage facility.
5. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat Is filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
7. Outlot A be legally encumbered to Lot 1, Block 1, Cheshire Addition;
to be used for Ordinance required parking on a deferred construction
basis; appropriate legal documents, approved by the City Attorney shall
be filed with the plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was d.dy seconded by
Councilmember Threinen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas;e-3and adopted.
