Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _�re ulnar meeting of the City Council of

Mnan Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 384
APPROVING FINAL PLAT "CHESHIRE ADDITION" FOR STEPHEN NESLUND FOR CUL -PEPPER
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (82004)
WHEREAS, Stephen Neslund has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Cheshire
Addition" a plat for one lot and one outlot Located at 25th Avenue North and Cheshire
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends Its approval;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Is should and hereby does approve the request of Stephen Neslund for
Cul -Pepper Construction Company for Final Plat approval of "Cheshire Addition" a plat
for one lot and one outlot located at 25th Avenue North and Cheshire Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council m4er Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
