RESOLUTION N0. 82 - 381
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS 2ND ADDITION" FOR PRUDENTIAL
INSURANCE COMPANY (MPUD 81-1) (80062)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval of the Final Plat for
Northwest Business Campus 2nd Addition, a plat for Outlot D, Northwest Business Campus,
northwest of Campus Drive and Northwest Boulevard/County Road 61; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Prudential Insurance
Company for Final Plat approval of Northwest Business Campus 2nd Addition, a plat for
Outlot D, Northwest Business Campus, northwest of Campus Drive and Northwest Boulevard/
County Road 61.
