Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of August . 1982.

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 377
APPROVING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR LAND
LOCATED NORTHWEST OF HIGHWAY 55 AND COUNTY ROAD 18 FROM IP (PLANNED INDUSTRIAL) TO CL
(LIMITED BUSINESS) CLASSIFICATION. (82040)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of reclassification of land use
guiding for approximately eight acres of land northwest of Highway 55 and County Road
18 from IP (planned industrial) to CL (limited business) classification; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly scheduled
Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the reclassification of land use
guiding for the City of Plymouth for approximately eight acres of land located
northwest of Highway 55 and County Road 18 from IP (planned industrial) to CL (limited
business) classification and more specifically described as follows:
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0001, The West 200 feet of the East 367 feet of Lots
1, 2, 3, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0002, that part of Lots 1, 2, 3, PLYMOUTH GARDENS lying
West of the East 367 feet thereof.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0003, the West 245 feet of Lot 4, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0004, The East 83 feet of the West 328 feet of Lot 4,
PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0005, that part lying West of the East 167 feet. of
Lot 5, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0006, the West 258 feet of the South 14 feet of the
East 70 feet of the West 328 feet of Lot 6, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0007, the West 70 feet of the East 237 feet of the
North 60 feet of Lot 6, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.

PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0010, the West one-half of the North one-half of
Lot 9, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0011, the East one-half of the North one-half of
Lot 9, PLYMOUTH GARDENS.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0012, the North one-half of the Lot 10, PLYMOUTH
GARDENS including the adjacent one-half of vacated Lancaster Lane.
PIN No. 36-118-22-14-0013, the South one-half of Lots 9 and 10, PLYMOUTH
GARDENS also the East one-half of the adjacent vacated Lancaster Lane.
subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the approved Concept Plan for "Groves Office Park" (82002).
2. Compliance with conditions established in Resolution No. 82-170.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
—Coyncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo lowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Moen,
