Ttw•: following members were present: Mayor Davenport, 7ounci1members Moen, s, — �I Sr_hneidpr and Thre nen Ine Following megwers were sent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-376 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 284 (82038) WHEREAS, Independent School District No. 284 has requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for the construction of a central maintenance and storage Facility at the Oakwood Elementary School site located southeast of Highway 101 and 19th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing; qW NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does approve the request of Independent School District No. 284 for Site Plan approval and Conditional Use Permit approval for the construction of a central maintenance and storage facility at the Oakwood Elementary School site located southeast of Highway 101 and 19th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for completion of site. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 4. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas as diagrammed on the plans dated duly 14, 1982. 6. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards. Outside storage shall be limited to the approved designated areas as diagrammed on the plans dated July 14, 1982; there shall be no outside storage of bulk materials, including construction materials, beyond those required for a single season or year's use. 8. A trail shall be constructed per City standards as part of the site improvements per trail location 'A' as diagrammed on Exhibit 'A', dated July 14, 1982. 9. That a perpetual restrictive covenant be filed on the land providing that the approximate six acre undeveloped, natural area east of the building site be preserved. 10. That fifty evergreen trees, In excess of 6 -ft. in height, be added to the site between 19th Avenue North and the building. 11. The hours of operation for the facility shall be limited to 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. to Noon, Saturdays, with no operation permitted on Sundays. 12. There shall be no deliveries made to the facility before 9:00 A.M.
