Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-375
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
URBANDALE COURT IN SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 235
DUST PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
WHEREAS, a resolution was adopted the 12th day of July, 1982, fixing a date for
a public hearing with respect to dust preventative measures on Urbandale Court in
Schmidt's Gardens Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of "Black Magic" and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 2nd day
of August, 1982, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted July 12, 1982.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as engineer for the improve-
ment. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In avor ere_ Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
