The followingg members . were present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-374 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Kenneth Larry Anderson, Route 5, P. 0. Box 82, LIttle Falls, Minnota, 56345, for the sale of firewood in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and approved by the Police Department; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Kenneth Larry Anderson for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor navanpnrt, rnunrilmemhers Moen Nails, The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
