Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
19th day of Jul '19 82 The following members
were present:Mavor Davenport, Councilmem ers oen�eils, Schneider & Threingn
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moveditsits ad ption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-373
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from John Andrew Fabian, 2800 S. Dairy Ashford, #205,
Houston, Texas, to sell fresh shrimp in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and approved by the Police Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of John Andrew Fabian for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen .
The following voted against or abstained: none
