Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a --ra ular_meeting of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the f-)llowing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-372
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRW TENT MERCHANT) 1.1(-ENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers. Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Ina Lou Carlon, 4300 Highway 7, St. Louis Park, MN
55416, to solicit customers for an aerial photugidphy business in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; and
WHEREAS, the application was reviewed and approved by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Ina Lou Carlon for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
