Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a re ular meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
19th day of Jill , 19 82. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 370
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
1982 SEAL COAT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the 1982 Seal Coat Project:
1. Add Shiloh Additions, Seven Ponds Addition and Seven Ponds East
Addition to project area. Estimated quantity is 69,684 square
yards
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 1982 Seal Coat Project is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Change Order No. 1 for the 1982 Seal Coat Project adding $26,479.92 is approved
and the original contract price of $155,880.56 is revised to $182,360.48.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor ere0 : Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen. Neils
Schngideg and Thrgineq
