Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of July , 19&L. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-369
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
PROJECT 201 - BROCKPAHLER ADDITION
PROJECT 202 - WEST RIDGE ESTATES 4TH ADDITION
PROJECT 211 - OXBOW RIDGE ADDITION
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of utility
and street improvements for Projects 201, 202 and 211;
WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

AND, WHEREAS, it appears that Northdale Construction Co. is the lowest responsible
bidder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with Northdale Construction Co. in the name of the City of
Plymouth for the construction of the utility and streets improvements for
Projects 201, 202 and 211 in the amount of $274,672.75.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. .
