Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
10 Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 368
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
STREET LIGHTING
1982
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 19, 1982, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of operating and
maintaining street lights within certain areas of Plymouth as follows:

WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the ofice of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 16th day of August, 1982 at 7:30 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time
and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be
given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cos: of
the improvement. The City Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given
to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
