Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -held on the 19th day of

CoUncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-362
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 915 - 45th AVENUE
WHEREAS, contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. 45th Avenue from Nathan Lane to County Road 18 Frontage Road
2. County Road 18 Frontage Raod from Nathan Lane to 45th Avenue
by the installation of watermain laterals, sanitary sewer lateral, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurte-
nances, and the contract price for such improvement is $311,810.72 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$74,808.50 so the total cost of the improvement will be $386,619.22, and of this
cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $386,619.22.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land with the district affected, without regard to
cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public
Inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assess-
ment, notify the Council thereof.
