mber Schneier introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-357
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - DEERHAVEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 22, 1982, a report
has. been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of peerhaven
Addition by the installation of ornamental residental street lights and this report
was received by the Council on July 19, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH;
I. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements."
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted February 22, 2982. The petitioner has waived his right to a public
hearing,
3.- The City Engineer is hereby designatedasthe engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncalmemberMoen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
