APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MISSION OAKS FIRST ADDITION"
FOR RICHARD ZEJDLIK FOR MISSION OAKS PARTNERSHIP (RPUD 76-1) (A-338)

WHERFI►S, Mission Oaks Partnership has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Mlssioft,
Oaks First Addition'; a;plat for a portion of R*P.U.D. 76-1 shown as area "F-3" located
south of County Road ,9 ";in Section 14, consisting of two lots and 'an outlot, and a

Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the ,Planning Commission has reviewed said requLst and recommends it approval;
and,

WHEREAS,, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Richard Zejdlk for
Mission Oaks Partnership for Final Plat approval of "Mission Oaks First Addition"
located:,south of County ;Road 9 in Section 14;
FURTHER, that the Development' Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and,.
".City. Manager, be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secaided by
