Councilmember Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 352
SETTING CONDITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE NET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR GARY
ROHWEDER FOR "ARMSTRONG RIDGE" (80011)

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Armstrong Ridge" as requested by Gary Rohweder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that It should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum wit,. the amendment to
Item 22-d to read "The bottom of the pond shall be sloped toward the
outlet.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication for sixteen
lots In accordance with current Park Dedication Policy in effect
at the time of filing of Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
