Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ategular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 19th day of July 1g 82.

Coyncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 351
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR GARY ROHWEDER FOR "ARMSTRONG RIDGE"

WHEREAS, Gary Rohweder has requested approval of the Final Plat for "Armstrong Ridge",
a plat for sixteen single family lots located south of 36th Avenue North at the
Intersection of Wellington Lane and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
1 related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Gary Rohweder for
Final Plat approval of "Armstrong Ridge" a plat for sixteen single family lots located
south of 36th Avenue North at the intersection of Wellington Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas&W and adopted.
