introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-349
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATED TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING FINAL PLAT FOR DENNIS
GONYEA AND HENRY MEYER FOR "MEYER GONYEA ADDITION" (81023)
WHEREAS, The City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
"Meyer Gonyea Addition" as requested by Dennis Gonyea and Henry Meyer; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYNDUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of rA
said plat:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Rezoning shall be finalized with the filing of the Final Plat.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnaci r Moe and uponvote being 'taken thipT, the
following vo n ravor thereof: Kayor Davenport. Councilmembers_Moen_ Nei
