RESOLUTION NO. 82-348
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR DENNIS GONYEA AND HENRY MEYER
FOR THE "MEYER GONYEA ADDITION" (81023)
WHEREAS, Dennis Gonyea and Henry Meyer have requested approval of the Final Plat for
"Meyer Gonyea Addition", a plat for a five commercial lots in the northwest quadrant of
the intersection of County Roads 9 and 18, and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends it approval;

WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Dennis Gonyea and
.,,Henry Meyer for Final Plat approval of "Meyer Gonyea Addition" located in the northwest
quadrant of the intersection of County Roads 9 and 18.
FURTHER that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and

City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
