RESOLUTION NO. 82- 347
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON
THE COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of the utility and drainage
easements on the common lot line of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th
Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on July 19,
1982 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of July 19, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 19, 1982 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of utility and drainage
easements on the common lot line of Lots 1 and 2, Ferndale North 4th Addition;
and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements are not
needed for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
Six foot utility easement adjacent to the westerly property line of
Lot 2, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition, which is the common
property line with Lot 1, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition;
and
Six foot utility easement adjacent to the easterly property line of
Lot 1, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition, which is the common
property line with Lot 2, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnunrilmamher Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
and Threinen
